All Things Modular
A complete building solution, not just a modular unit.
A modular building can arrive quickly, but only when the work behind it has been properly planned. The design, approvals, foundations, utilities, access, manufacture, transport, installation and finishes all need to work together.
MITCORP was created to take responsibility for that wider picture. Rather than pushing one standard product, we start with what the client needs the space to do and then develop the most appropriate route, whether that uses steel frame, timber frame or SIPs.
Meet the founder
Ryan Mitchell
Founder, MITCORP Modular
Ryan brings more than 23 years of experience across construction, commercial management and project delivery. His career includes senior responsibility for estimating, quantity surveying, procurement, contracts, cost control, risk, change control and the delivery of live construction projects.
He has worked with clients, contractors, designers, engineers and specialist suppliers across education, public-sector, residential and wider construction environments. That mix of commercial and practical experience shapes how MITCORP approaches every project: understand the whole job, make the important decisions early and keep responsibility clear.

How MITCORP delivers
One point of contact. The right specialists around the project.
MITCORP leads the project and coordinates the designers, engineers, manufacturers and specialist contractors needed for the agreed scope. That means the client does not have to manage a disconnected chain of suppliers just to reach a finished building.
The project team will vary depending on the brief, but the principle stays the same: clear responsibility, clear communication and proper control of cost, programme and interfaces.
Experience
Experience that covers more than the building
Commercial management
Understanding budgets, procurement, contracts, scope, risk and change throughout the project.
Project delivery
Coordinating people, information, programme and site activity from early planning through to completion.
Client representation
Helping clients understand their options and make informed decisions at the right time.
Construction knowledge
Recognising how design, access, foundations, services and site conditions affect what can actually be delivered.
Turnkey coordination
Bringing the building, foundations, installation, electrical, plumbing and finishes into one coordinated delivery plan where required.
How we work
Straightforward from the start
Listen first
We begin with what you need the space to do, not with a product catalogue.
Test the practical case
We consider the site, access, timescale, budget, approvals and specification before recommending a route.
Choose the right system
Steel, timber or SIPs are considered around the project rather than forcing every client into one construction method.
Explain the full picture
You should understand what is included, what is excluded and where the main project risks lie before committing.
Stay accountable
You have a clear point of contact who keeps hold of the decisions, responsibilities and next steps through to handover.
Start with a conversation.
You do not need a completed design before getting in touch. Tell Ryan what you are trying to achieve, where the building will go and when you would like to use it. He will help you identify the next sensible step.
