MITCORP Modular is a modular building business based in Ashford, Kent, working across Kent and the wider South East.
It was founded by Ryan Mitchell, who has spent more than 20 years in the modular construction industry. The business exists to make modular straightforward: one experienced partner responsible for design, supply, manufacture, installation and project management.
We support projects across education, commercial, residential, healthcare, construction, industrial and specialist sectors — from single buildings to multi-module schemes.

Ryan has spent more than 20 years in modular construction — specifying, supplying, installing and project managing buildings across education, commercial, residential, healthcare, construction, industrial and specialist sectors.
He founded MITCORP Modular to offer something simpler: one experienced, accountable partner who sees a project through from first sketch to final handover.
