What we collect
When you contact us or request a quote, we collect the details you choose to give us, such as your name, organisation, contact details, project location and information about your project. Like most websites, our hosting environment also records standard technical logs.
Uploaded files
The quote form lets you attach drawings, photographs or other project files. These are stored in a non-public area of the website and sent to us as email attachments so we can review your enquiry.
Marketing updates
The enquiry forms include an optional tick box for occasional updates. We only send marketing messages where you have opted in, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations and manage any work that follows. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Legal basis
We process enquiry details on the basis of legitimate interest and, where work follows, because it is necessary for taking steps towards or performing a contract. Marketing messages rely on your consent.
Website analytics
This website uses Google Analytics 4, supplied through Google Site Kit, to understand how the site is used. It is off by default and only runs after you have given consent through the cookie banner. Google Consent Mode tells Google that analytics storage is denied until then, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.
Consent choices
The consent banner records which optional cookies you have accepted. You can change or withdraw your choices at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page, or the Cookie Policy page.
Retention
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, in line with our business records and any legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Contact us via the contact page. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
