Ryan brings more than 23 years of experience across construction, commercial management and project delivery. His background includes education, public-sector, residential property and wider construction work, with responsibility for feasibility, estimating, cost planning, procurement, contracts, programme, change control and final account.
That experience is directly relevant to modular delivery because the building itself is only one part of the project. The real outcome depends on how well design, budget, foundations, services, manufacturing, logistics and site installation are coordinated.
